All sports bets are settled based on official results issued by the relevant governing body. In the event of a disputed result, Netralbet will await official confirmation before settling the affected bets.
Virtual sports at Netralbet use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system. All virtual sports bets are final once the virtual match is completed. Virtual match results cannot be disputed due to their randomly generated nature by the certified RNG system. Bets placed after the virtual match cut-off time will not be accepted.
The following are strictly prohibited on the Netralbet platform and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as forfeiture of balances and winnings:
